About the event
This full-day seminar is designed to help athletes build, refine, and apply their skills across multiple areas of competition. The day begins with a high-energy tricking session led by Gabe, focusing on adding new skills and combinations.
Athletes will then choose to train in either traditional kata with Mr. B or creative weapons with Gabe, allowing them to focus on the area that best fits their goals.
In the afternoon, sparring will be led by Jeff Price and Kohlter Strickland, focusing on timing, control, and effective ring strategy.
The day will finish with open gym, giving athletes the opportunity to put everything together — building forms with their new tricks and combinations or getting additional sparring rounds in.

Your ticket includes full access to all seminar sessions, including tricking, your choice of traditional kata or creative weapons, and sparring. Athletes will also have access to open gym at the end of the day to refine forms, apply new skills, and get additional rounds in.
